Religious Get Well Messages Can I Sue A Company For Allowing Religious Hate Messages On Their Community Bulletin Boards?

Can I sue a company for allowing religious hate messages on their community bulletin boards? - religious get well messages

"Can you continue?"

Yes, it is a fundamental principle of law that "can sue everybody for anything."

"Can you win?

Not if you can prove that you personally, has been damaged as a result of the messages and the messages constituted "hate speech" so clearly not protected by the First Amendment.

Yes you can. However, the consequences will be the elimination of their use. So, assuming, that so far has been a positive factor or a tool for you or your colleagues, kiss goodbye. I'm not saying that there are reasons for action, but only that the company will eliminate the problem, probably, rather than engaging in a struggle for what is appropriate or not.
